Once the information required to properly evaluate each case is obtained, Sico, White, Hoelscher & Braugh initially determines whether the case is one in which we can provide legal services, and if so, we will file a lawsuit on your behalf.

Once the defendant responds to the lawsuit, we immediately request a trial setting and docket control order to set the target date for the resolution of your lawsuit. This initial phase is usually complete within 60 to 90 days of our firm receiving the file.

From the initial phase, we begin aggressively prosecuting all claims. We accomplish this through detailed written discovery and depositions of all necessary witnesses and parties. It is our desire, with the help of our clients, to avoid delay by setting specific deadlines for discovery responses and trial settings.
